I lived here freshman year during the pandemic. Pros of the building/rooms: residents usually become very close friends, all rooms have window AC so, during the warmer months of the year, you shouldn't struggle too much. The hall is next to old campus so getting to most classes isn't a struggle. Cons are that the rooms are tiny. First-floor rooms tend to get a lot of ants and a couple roaches. While close to old campus, it is around a 10-15 minute walk to new campus so getting to caf, the library, business school, etc can be quite the walk.
Overall, the hall is fine, there are better freshman dorms and worse freshman dorms.
