Don't expect very high quality from a freshman dorm. When I arrived, I discovered that my window had a hole in it, which took weeks to fix. The bathroom is alright, but the trash tends to overflow, what with 18-ish people living on each floor. There's two lounges of decent quality and a kitchen. Also notable: The entire Botetourt Complex is very far from most of campus. The only things it's *close* to are the Rec Center and the dining hall. Yates is a freshman dorm that's much closer to pretty much everything.
