Really, only good thing about this place is the community and location. Be warned, bugs! So many stinkbugs and ladybugs. It was an absolute nightmare for me and my roommate. Also, these rooms are too tiny for two people. I will say the Launchpad (if you do the entrepreneurship community) is a nice plus, and their community is great.
