If you’re a freshman and want the “””college experience””” this is not the place for you. But if you’re a freshman that wants your own private bathroom and a spacious room, nice amenities, quiet study spaces, etc etc. this is definitely the place. As much as I would dock a point for commuting and the bus rush at EC being horrendous in the morning. The living space is worth it. You live within walking distance to the dining hall. Parking is accessible. Bro the contactless delivery station 🙏🙏 idk overall. I loved this dorm. It was honestly great. The whole ECV community is nice !

This was an amazing dorm... Super spacious, personal bathroom, amazing lobby area and tidy study rooms. On the other hand, it is very far away from all of the main things that happen on classes such as classes, freshman dorms, Snelling(the 24/7 dining hall), Student Center, and Downtown. So it is a sacrifice that can be worth if you value living space more than living the dorm life and especially perfect if you are introverted.
