Only River dorm that has heat and AC and if you have the side facing the river you get a nice view and sunrise every morning.

Probably one of the best dorms on college ave that is a traditional dorm. Has ac, rooms are typical double rooms, lounge is nice.

Pretty typical double dorm room. The room has A/C and heating, communal bathrooms, and a lounge on each floor with either a pool or ping pong table. Ground floor lounges are great study spaces, and overall the building is in a good location right next to the Student Activities Center bus stop.
