It’s a nice location close to downtown but the building is so dated and feels really dry. Synder and Philips share the same building so everything is on the Synder side which definitely feels like a walk after walking to class all day. Shared bathrooms really aren’t bad. You can hear everything inside your room like doors opening/closing, next door conversations, tv, etc and the thing is no one is being loud yet I can still hear everything.
