New building. Beautiful facilities & huge rooms with hardwood floors. Nice overhead lighting and natural light in the mornings. Closets are super small but you get under-the-bed drawers. Bathrooms are nice if you get good neighbors: we did not and often had paper towels, trash (including used pads), and snot all over the sink & floor. I stayed in this dorm while it was the all-girls dorm and it was super antisocial. I only made two good friends on my floor the entire year. So if you're looking for a clean, quiet environment, pick this dorm, but if you want something more social somewhere else is best.
