PROS: It was conveniently located near most of my classes at ASU, and next to the bus station/lightrail. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Small gym that you can utilize if you don't feel like walking all the way to the ASU gym. There's a community room on every floor so you can hang out with friends, watch TV, or cook dinner on an actual stove. There's a tutoring center in the lobby of the dorm.

CONS: Old, outdated dorms. Elevators often out of service (horrible when it's 110+ degrees outside and you live on the 6th floor). Rooms have a weird moldy smell and windows cannot open to get fresh air in them. Walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Bathrooms are very small and outdated.
