Besides the Barrett dorms, Tooker House is amazing. The lobby feels like you’re walking into a hotel lobby, and the entire building is very new, updated and modern. The bathroom is a great size, and has really good lighting. The rooms have a lot of space compared to the other dorms, but of course can feel a little small when sharing with another person. The bathroom is definitely the best part!

I lived in Tooker House as a freshman, am now going into my senior year at ASU. I lived there during the peak of COVID, meaning all of our classes were online so I spent a LOT of time in my dorm. Here were my main takeaways: 1) The rooms, though small, are really nice. The desk is pretty large, and the beds are adjustable for height, so you can either raise or lower them to your liking. Also one of the only dorms on campus to come with a mini fridge and microwave included. 2) The bathrooms were great- there are two rooms connected by a shared bathroom (sharing with your suite of 4, not with the whole floor!) that has 4 sinks, cabinets for each resident, and a toilet/shower separated by a locking door. 3) The dining hall is located on the g...

What dorms have for each student: 1 bed, 1 desk, 1 deskchair, 2 drawers with 3 compartments each, 1 nightstand, 1 sink, 1 safe, and 1 closet. Roommates share a table, a fridge, trash and recycle bins, and a microwave. Suitemates share a bathroom (showerhead only, storage space available above the toilet). Some of the best internet speeds on campus, 400 mbs or more as far as I could tell. There are study rooms on each floor, laundry rooms every other floor. There are terraces but were closed last time I checked. There is a POD market in the dorm building behind the cafeteria. One thing I did not like was the fact that you and your roommate only have 1 window. Get a nice lamp if you are in bunk A, because the ceiling light you have is harsh....

The rooms and the amenities themselves are pretty good compared to traditional dorms. Each double room shares a bathroom with another double room and each person gets their own sink. The dorm gym is also very good. The only downside is that you are in the same room with another student in a pretty small area. The normal rooms are designed to only have 2 twin beds, 2 desks, and a nightstand thing.

Probably the best dorm rooms at ASU besides the barrett honors college ones. Everything is pretty new, internet speed was great (was able to download games extremely fast, no issues with zoom or anything else either). Closest dorm to all of the engineering classes, so thats great too. Only bad part is that it's a bit farther to all other classes that are non-engineering, and it's on the exact opposite side of the campus as the sdfc (the main asu gym / sports fields). Dining hall is alright, and there's a convenience store that has a restaurant open until like 1am that accepts meal points which is amazing.

Terrible Wifi, Might be the worst wifi can barely handle a zoom call. I wouldn't recommend event trying online games. Too much lag.

Very small 2 bedroom dorm with 1 bathroom to connect the bedroom. Very nice inside because its new, but not the best because of the size and having to share the bedroom.
