Letts does have AC but it was broken in my dorm so it was brutal in the spring when DC weather is 90+ degrees and facilities refused to fix it

Worse than Anderson, had worse lounges, and in addition, a bunch of kids' rooms had rats or green mold
Bathrooms also weren't private, and the showers often ran out of hot water in the evenings.
