"Very big dorm rooms with spacious closets. No common room within suites, but there is a common room on every floor and each floor has washers and dryers."

"The village house is usually open to upperclassman. It's a walking distance to frat row(frat houses!), and the literally 3 min walk away from the gym. Quick walk to campus, and has dinning in the same building! (village stir fry is the best) Best on campus location hands down. - convient -close to classes -in house delivery - in house food Singles rooms with group of 4. 2 bathrooms for each suit. Basically 2 people share 1 bathroom. Cleaning staff comes every week!"

"Perfect Location for sophomores, closest building to main campus and makes walks to classes quicker. Nice thats its by the clock tower too. mostly 4-person single suites and a person comes to clean the bathroom every week which is a plus. plus you only have to share w 4 people. I loved it because we had a common space where I could hang w my suite mates and we could host, but I could also go into my room if I wanted quiet time. have to walk to BD, but its a closer walk than other dorms. Other than zetcher its the best dorm on the 40. "

"Layouts are different for each Westgate apartment but each is uniquely put. 740 Westgate kind of has thin walls so you can hear if someone is playing their music loudly or at a moderate volume (or any kind of audio that stands out like talking loudly, yelling, etc). The interior of the apartment for the three person apartment includes a sun room, three bedrooms/bathrooms, and an outdoor deck. Prices vary for different layouts for each Westgate apartment (two person or three person). Westgate Avenue is conveniently near Delmar Loop, where it is a strip of restaurants, bars, and other things. It is about a 15-20 min walk to the Danforth Campus for WashU. Overall, location is great and living is great! Westgate is filled with other students and members of the community outside of school. 10/10 recommend if you are a dual degree student or just looking to live at Westgate with Quadrangle housing."

"Umrath House is one of, if not, the best freshman residence hall at WashU. The rooms are nice and spacious, and there are study rooms on each floor to do work. On top of that, its location close to the dining hall is really convenient. Overall, a very nice building."
