Layouts are different for each Westgate apartment but each is uniquely put. 740 Westgate kind of has thin walls so you can hear if someone is playing their music loudly or at a moderate volume (or any kind of audio that stands out like talking loudly, yelling, etc). The interior of the apartment for the three person apartment includes a sun room, three bedrooms/bathrooms, and an outdoor deck. Prices vary for different layouts for each Westgate apartment (two person or three person). Westgate Avenue is conveniently near Delmar Loop, where it is a strip of restaurants, bars, and other things. It is about a 15-20 min walk to the Danforth Campus for WashU. Overall, location is great and living is great! Westgate is filled with other students and members of the community outside of school. 10/10 recommend if you are a dual degree student or just looking to live at Westgate with Quadrangle housing.
