"Pro is definitely the social atmosphere. It's traditional dorm room for two people with a desk, bed, and closet on each side. There's a hallway for girls and guys on each floor. One shared bathroom for each sex but they are cleaned daily by cleaners. It can still get gross depending on your floor mates. There's a small gym at the residence which is nice because you don't need to walk all the way to campus but it can get crowded during peak hours. There's also mandatory meal plan for everyone who lives at REV and the dining hall closes pretty early and doesn't have many options. But you can eat anywhere on campus with your meal plan. Overall, I'd still recommend REV for the traditional first year experience and you can easily meet a lot of people whereas other residences that are more apartment style, you have to go more out of your way to meet people.
