Is Metcalf Hall the best dorm at Tufts?
Students rated Metcalf Hall a 4.3/5 stars. Here's what they had to say.
Really the best location on campus. Easy access to food, library, campus center. I was in a double in the basement, which was a modest size. Rarely noticed a lack of space. Bathroom was an average college bathroom in my opinion, my water pressure was actually really good. Building recently renovated and looks and feels nice, but common room is a little boring sadly.
The triple was a real triple and not a forced triple so it was big. I was on the laundry floor so that was super convenient. Split by girls and boys. Small building compared to other dorms. BEST LOCATION ON CAMPUS anyone may want to disagree but it's honestly in the middle of everything and super close to the library and dining hall. I hated the showers cuz they were low pressure and small but I think it was a pretty avg college bathroom. Doesn't have the best common rooms, no tv or ping pong tables or anything fun. Just some books and tables with chairs. I always spent time hanging out somewhere else.
