Is Bissell the best dorm at Dartmouth?

I was lucky enough to have a single in the second dorm. Honestly no complains at all other than that the building looked kinda old. Everything in my room was fine though, and if you can decorate it well it can go a long way. I only wish the it hard air conditioning. But if you have two fans you’ll be fine. Honestly, better than most of the other freshman dorms with a better location. Solid dorm in the Choates.
