"Overall, one of the nicer dorms at Dartmouth, but it is quite old. There is no elevator or air conditioning, so it was very stuffy in the fall."

"I was lucky enough to have a single in the second dorm. Honestly no complains at all other than that the building looked kinda old. Everything in my room was fine though, and if you can decorate it well it can go a long way. I only wish the it hard air conditioning. But if you have two fans you’ll be fine. Honestly, better than most of the other freshman dorms with a better location. Solid dorm in the Choates."

"Goldstein is part of the Mclaughing cluster, which are hands down the best dorms at Dartmouth in terms of everything except for location. They are the newest and most clean dorms campus has. Great study space, the rooms feel clean, and there’s air conditioning. However, even though they have air conditioning, it wasn’t turned on during the summer for my freshman year. Many people complained about the how hot it got which sucks. I honestly don’t even know when they turn it on. I only lived there for 1 month due to a program I was doing but it was great. Location sucks but if you have a long stride and don’t mind walking an extra 5 minutes you’re golden."

"One of the newer and quieter dorms on campus, as part of the East Wheelock Cluster (all dorms here are pretty nice). The elevator makes it easy to move in and out."
