Is E-Tower the best dorm at Carnegie Mellon University?

This dorm is in a great location with campus just across the street. The doubles are fairly spacious. There is one shared bathroom, one laundry room, and one lounge area on each floor. E-Tower connects to Morewood Gardens which offer additional amenities such as music rooms and a makerspace.
