Is Xavier the best dorm at BC?

I lived in a forced triple in Xavier my freshman year. I was very cramped and you can hear everything in the building. (Also, it is spelled Xavier, not Xaviar)

It’s a pretty standard freshman dorm. Common areas aren’t the greatest in this building so you will probably hang out somewhere else. Bathrooms are fairly clean but the lack of AC is horrible in the beginning and end of the school year.
