pretty nice dorm and the newest dorm at berklee. communal bathrooms arent bad and are cleaned daily one on each floor. floor to ceiling windows offer great sunlight and view of Boston. the only thing bad is the elevators at least when I was there a year ago. only two elevators in a 16 story building and the elevators broke down constantly especially during move in and out. i lived on the 16th floor so taking the stairs was not ideal but had to do it sometimes
