"98 isn't as bad as some people say, although it is probably the worst of Berklee dorms. I was in a triple with a private bathroom and my own closet and I really enjoyed my room. That being said there's no AC and it has uneven flooring. There's one lounge in the basement which is very mid but has a large TV. the washer and dryers are always broken so doing laundry is like a fight between the other residents. the walk is like 5 minutes from campus but it's very nice to be close to the park and lots of stores. The practice rooms are ok but they almost amplify sound so it's hard to record anything down there. Overall ok. There's a community kitchen and the elevator is super slow. Again it's not bad but is probably not the best of the 4."

"pretty nice dorm and the newest dorm at berklee. communal bathrooms arent bad and are cleaned daily one on each floor. floor to ceiling windows offer great sunlight and view of Boston. the only thing bad is the elevators at least when I was there a year ago. only two elevators in a 16 story building and the elevators broke down constantly especially during move in and out. i lived on the 16th floor so taking the stairs was not ideal but had to do it sometimes"
