"Pretty good dorm, conveniently located considering a lot of freshman classes happen in the LINC. Honors students only, however. The dining hall and mailroom aren't technically "in-house" but the building they're in is literally 20 steps away from the actual dorm and is named after the hall, so close enough. This dorm has five stories and an elevator." See all 1 review

"Poling was by far the worst dorm room in terms of dirtiest, but it was a very social dorm. Weatherford and Poling Hall were known to be business students and we all know they were doing something. The room was dirty and run down but the fun memories that came from it made up for it." See all 1 review

"Incredible location, mediocre bathroom, very akin to a public restroom, natural light isn't horrible but we have a window facing in to a courtyard so its definitely not too bad. Lighting built into room is not very good. Right next to West dining hall, very close to Student union and several other convenient buildings, and close to the gym. No bugs or anything like that, cleaning staff is very nice god bless their hearts. Teeming with engineering majors, not the most social dorm but some people hang out in the lounges. Overall, its not great but definitely not bad. Pretty stereotypical college dorm. " See all 1 review

Sackett Hall

"located near linus pauling and LINC, sackett hall is within a quick walking distance to most halls and buildings on campus. only downside is if you’re wanting to head over the mcnary or the library- the walk there is ~10 mins (coming from a fast walker). otherwise, sackett is located in a convenient location to my classes :)!
at first glance, the building exterior looks grand, but once on the inside it is quite old and warm. i like how the building is only 3 floors so there aren’t many stairs to climb. i currently live in a triples room on the second floor, and for some reason it’s always so humid! especially at night, my throat gets all itchy and i start burning up even though i’m wearing shorts and a t-shirt in less than 50 degree weather to sleep. i’d say the triple dorm room is a great size, nothing is too cramped and all the furniture fits nicely. the walk in closet comes with dressers and shelves and a bar to put all your clothes and other necessities away. definitely enough room for 3 people. since the windows are quite large, there is adequate lighting which i really appreciate!
about the bathrooms- the wing in which i live has a relatively nice bathroom… for a dorm. the layout and structure reminds me of a swimming pool bathroom where a janitor comes and cleans the bathroom almost everyday. only downside is the soap machine near the sink is always broken (F wing btw). my floor / wing is also not very sociable or loud, so if you’re looking for parties and don’t want a RA to come knocking on your door, i wouldn’t recommend this dorm.
