Rowan University Dorms Ranked

There's no air conditioning, so expect to sweat your taint hairs off. Oh, and when it gets cold -- the heat is on full blast so expect to sweat your taint hairs off. The bathrooms are rarely cleaned or stocked with toilet paper. I think I didn't wipe for three days. It smells like B.O., the Resident Directors searched our room because we had the TV on at 1AM. The laundry room says they take your Rowan card, but the "machine" is broken so we have to use quarters. I pay over $25,000 a year to live here and I have to pay $2.50 in quarters during a coin shortage to wash my clothes???

It was nice for a freshman dorm, it did get very hot cause there was no air conditioning, but overall it was okay to live in for my freshman year. - 4 years ago

Weekends are loud and the facilities get trashed because of it. Expect to wake up to a trashed bathroom most Mondays. Holly Pointe is the best available dorms to freshmen though so most of the cons can be overlooked. - 4 years ago

Ant problem is pretty bad at the moment on the first floor, but the building is nice and has a homey feel while also having your own rooms - 2 years ago
