Single private showers, dining hall and Starbucks downstairs, new furniture and modern looking lounges
Lived in a double room
Weekends are loud and the facilities get trashed because of it. Expect to wake up to a trashed bathroom most Mondays. Holly Pointe is the best available dorms to freshmen though so most of the cons can be overlooked.
