"Mold in the rooms (before moving in), bathroom amenities are ancient at best. Most of the time half the washing machines are functioning (so 2 working ones). The hall is overall depressing with maybe two windows in the hallway, so it's always dark. It ain't too far away from everything, but the dorm sucks ass overall. "

"(2024) Clem is a good first year basic dorm. The unit itself is true to the photos, fine for Freshman year. The kitchen has since been updated and is way nice than the photos online. The bathrooms and basement are clean most of the time and our custodian is so sweet. The location is great, central for most things on campus."
