(2024) Clem is a good first year basic dorm. The unit itself is true to the photos, fine for Freshman year. The kitchen has since been updated and is way nice than the photos online. The bathrooms and basement are clean most of the time and our custodian is so sweet. The location is great, central for most things on campus.
