"I transferred into Porter A in 2018. It was great! I lived behind a large tree and all my flat mates were really nice. I lived in the gaming floor. It was really clean but what made it great was the people. We all respected each other and the space. I think living in dorms usually depends on the people. Otherwise, the flat can just be chill nonetheless. The rooms are decent, ethernet internet was fast. Service requests were answered fast as well. There are reports of ghosts which i have personally experienced but nothing crazy."

"6 person apartments, 2 singles 2 doubles, two bathrooms. Two floors is really nice, and the upstairs apartments have huge closets and nice living room/ kitchen area. Very cute and lots of natural light. "

"They have the nice water fountains and you get to use your slug ID as entry into the building and your own dorm. Also you can bring your own router for faster internet. Kinda far from the rest of campus but actually pretty updated."

"I lived in the two-story apartment with 4 bedrooms (3 singles and 1 large triple). The bottom floor had the kitchen, a huge living room, and a half bathroom. The upstairs had 1 full bathroom and a second shower room as well as all of the bedrooms. The location of this apartment was amazing.. it was close to the dining hall, gym and east field, and the center of campus and honestly couldn't have been a better place to live for my second year on campus."

"In College Ten - Ohlone Building, there is only one private bathroom on the floor separated from the communal bathroom and one communal kitchen. The Ohlone building is extremely close to the dining hall, mailroom, and all of the laundry sites. It's also the only building in College Ten with an elevator, so I highly recommend trying to live in Ohlone. College Ten itself is also at a great location, it's located in the middle of campus and a decent proximity to all the main classrooms."
