Best Harvey Mudd College dorms

atwood triples are cramped but they do what is needed, the living space is clean depending on your suite, and the bathrooms are spacious and plenty for 9 people/suite
laundry is always broken, but it works out and +1 for an ice machine - 1 year ago

Lived here for a few years. was spooked coming in, but quickly grew to love it. rooms are pretty standard for mudd (doubles with connected bathrooms), but might not be the best fit if you're not a party person.

pros:
- fires
- awesome people
- dorm with highest GPA at mudd
- right next to the hoch
- frosh get to do the countdown before wet season

cons:
- courtyard is perpetually disgusting
- if there's something nice, it will be destroyed by the end of finals (RIP green picnic benches)

Not ADA-compliant (so using stairs is often necessary), mostly single rooms in suites of 3 or 4 rooms that share a bathroom, individual air conditioning in each room, very close to classes, not everyone participates in dorm culture but it has a pretty robust, if occasionally somewhat quaint, culture. Mailroom isn't in the building but is about 50 ft away, so very accessible. - 4 years ago
