Not ADA-compliant (so using stairs is often necessary), mostly single rooms in suites of 3 or 4 rooms that share a bathroom, individual air conditioning in each room, very close to classes, not everyone participates in dorm culture but it has a pretty robust, if occasionally somewhat quaint, culture. Mailroom isn't in the building but is about 50 ft away, so very accessible.
