"I personally had a private dorm during my sophomore year and I enjoyed the privacy. However, the building is quite old and in need of some updates. There is a big lounge room on the second floor that is not kept up or taken care of, and so when people use the bathroom in there, it smells awful for awhile. The washer/dryers are also need of updates, especially the dryers, because you’ll have to dry your clothes for an additional 2-4 cycles just to have your clothes completely dry. My room was for RA’s, and so we both had our own room, closet, & private bathroom. There is a shared living area/space and a kitchenette. The view from my dorm was great! When there were events going on outside, I could watch or even open my window for some fresh air."

"Clearview Hall is the freshman dorm on Main Campus. It is modern and very up-to-date with furniture, which is awesome. It has four floors, each with a lounge room and study rooms/areas at the end of each hallway. Every suite is a double room, so there are four people per room, but you can request an accommodation to have one of the rooms by yourself before the school year starts, just pay double. There is a small open area with two sinks, & two bathrooms w/showers connected. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Clearview, but one thing I would recommend being weary about is security. It is really easy to get in the dorms or sneak others in, which can be scary if you’re in a common area alone and strangers are walking around the building."

"Broadway Crossing was great. I transferred to this school the second semester of freshman year, and it was so much better than my previous dorm. As a freshman dorm, it was much nicer than I expected. Each room had two bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a living room, with 4 people living there. It had a nice amount of privacy and the rooms were a decent size. They also had a movie room in the building, laundry on each floor, a computer lab, and a lobby area with couches and Netflix. The dorm had a good proximity to any classes on the RiverPark campus and a shuttle to main campus as well. I would definitely recommend living here as opposed to any dorm in main campus, especially since Clearvew doesn't have many of the amenities that BC does."
