UNC Charlotte Sophomore Dorms Ranked

Ranking the best sophomore dorms at UNC Charlotte, according to students.

  • Number 3

    Ram Village 5

    based on 1 review

"The building feels like a traditional dorm rather than an apartment. Walls are pretty thin, so keep your music down. The RAs also really don't do anything. Otherwise the rooms are a good size and the privacy is awesome. If you need a study room, there's always plenty of empty ones. Definitely not worth the extra cost when you can get much better quality off-campus for cheaper, but I enjoyed my time living there." - 4 years ago

    Levine Hall

    based on 2 reviews

"Rooms are decent size and the ceilings are really high, so it doesn’t feel cramped. It’s really close to the library and colvard, but it’s about a 10 minute walk to the Student Union. One downside was all the construction they had going on this year for Moore Hall, they kept construction going during finals and it was pretty loud in some areas of the hall. it is also right next to the field the marching band practices on in the fall, so be prepared to hear that if you’re on that end of the building fall semester." - 2 years ago

    Hunt Hall

    based on 2 reviews

"It was really nice living in Hunt Hall, I was lucky and had good roommates. I believe there must have been some good sound-proofing aswell because I spent lots of time talking very loudly at 5am because I stayed up playing video games. My roommates have only told me to quiet down once despite doing this almost every day." - 2 years ago
