Main House Reviews

I lived on the 4th central floor of Main and it was great. They are renovating each floor over the summer and this past summer they just did 4th cent. As a result, I got to live in a new room with all the new furniture. My room faced the library and Main Drive and, in my opinion, it was the best view! On top of that, you get pretty awesome sunsets and golden-hour lighting! I loved my room so much! The bathrooms were also renovated so everything was new and up to date. It does get pretty messy in the bathroom but that is the reality of living in a gender natural dorm. I lived on the second floor of Main and it is probably the most neglected floor. Due to the Main layout, (Main is a dorm building with administrative offices on the first floor and part of the second floor), getting to another side of the building requires you to either walk up to the third floor or walk down to the first floor. Basically, it is detached from the other side of the second floor because there are admin offices that take up the majority of the second floor and this is closed off for students. the bathrooms SUCK! It is literally awful; we have mold, a leaky ceiling, and really gross overall. BUTTT If the other floors in Main are not too bad, especially the 5th floor.
