Make no mistake, you don’t pick Mansfield apartments if you want the highest quality living conditions. I lived at Mansfield for 2 years in a row, and the biggest benefit is the location, and peace of mind from RAs. If you can secure a space in one of the smaller 4 apartment buildings with 3 people you know well, you will never see an RA and have a great independent living experience. Excellent location for Digital Media students as well

The place was supposedly first built for professors to live in, which makes sense cause one bedroom (the master bedroom) is HUGE and the other is dinky (the nursery). Like legitimately twice the size, such that its even a tight fit for two beds without one having to be sticking out of the closet or having bunk beds. The kitchen is ultra small but gets the job done. The walls are white-painted cement but its not perfectly smooth so it makes hanging command hooks difficult and nails actually impossible. Its nice to have a little porch but the back doors can be poorly placed depending on the layout of your unit. The bathroom is real small but my apartment had one of those tankless, industrial style toilets so didn't really have a problem with ...
