I lived in a 2 bedroom/4 person apartment. Bedrooms are TINY, impossible to have access to both desks unless at least one of you lofts your bed. One large closet in each bedroom and each person gets their own dresser and desk. You do have a living room with a couch and chair and small kitchen table....

Definitely worth it since you get your own room and only share a bathroom with one other person. the 2B2R have a smaller living room and bathroom but those are also good.
