The dorms are new, and because of that the rooms and amenities are extremely clean. All internal appliances work great, such as hot water, kitchen appliances, heat, etc. Each dorm consists of a suite of either 4, 5, or 6 people, and have a shared bathroom (2 bathrooms in room of 6). Each room has its own control from heat and AC. The bathroom consists of a standing shower, toilet, sink, and storage mirror. The kitchen consists of a microwave, full sized fridge, and a stove. The rooms are not too spacious, but not necessarily small for NYC. Each floor has a lounge that is accessible to anyone in the building.
