I lived in a townhouse single unit (meaning I had one roommate) which was great because we each had our own rooms, we shared a private bathroom, we had a full kitchen, and the fact that we had an upstairs and a downstairs made it feel like a proper house. I especially liked this because if roomie wanted people over and I needed to study, everyone could socialize downstairs in the living room and I could have quiet and space up in my room. Lots more sound insulation than the dorms, so we rarely heard our neighbors and it was easier to have fun and still avoid noise complaints and trouble with RAs. Bedrooms in the townhouse were big. No elevator though, which is a downside when moving in or out.

A good option for upperclassmen as you can get your own space but still be on-campus. Get your own bathroom(s), a full kitchen, and living room so feels like you're living in your own apartment. Was able to live with friends which was the perfect set-up. Although its competitive to secure a room, would definitely recommend trying cause its worth it!

Loved living here! I stayed in a triple and I loved it. You get a private bathroom, a full kitchen, and a decent common/living area with all your desks. Way bigger than a triple in Bellarmine Hall or Campion. You are close to the soccer field and Campion Hall (has the Cave for food) and really close to the Bistro and Cherry Street. Different buildings so in order to do laundry, you have to living in Hopkins building. There is a mailroom to pick up mail and packages.
