TLDR - Responsibility is conveniently located (parking/ food/campus activities wise). All suite style rooms (so, your own personal bathroom) and lots of study rooms and kitchens available. Con is there's only two laundry's for the four buildings and it is low-key hotel vibes (hard to find friends and community)

Responsibility is located pretty conveniently. You're right in front of a dining hall and a 5-10 min walk from the Student Center which is a pretty central eating and meeting location on campus. It's also right next to a parking lot, which makes moving in and out pretty easy compared to other dorms.
