North lake is definitely out dated. WIFI is slow and the living space appliances need some updating. I heard they've been updated with newer floors but that's it. If you can afford it, I would live off campus.

Ethernet didn't work at all. Wifi was garbage. Hardly any living space or privacy for yourself. I would only recommend these kind of dorms if you plan on living with people you know and don't mind having bad internet.
