"UCF is located at the southern part of the campus. It's got 6 floors: the "ground" floor (commonly referred to as the basement but it's not that bad) and the other 5 floors where the "first" floor is above the ground floor and is level with McCallie Ave. The floors and rooms are numbered rather oddly, but once you figure it out it's not that bad. The dorms in UCF are apartment style. This means each unit consists of a kitchen, living room, 4 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and in-room laundry (washer and dryer). There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each side. The bedrooms come with windows that can be opened/closed, blinds, ceiling fan with light, drawers that can go under the beds, a dresser, closet, built-in desk, and full size mattress (on a frame). Each bedroom door can be locked from the inside or by the key provided when you move in. The bathrooms come with a bathtub, shower, shower rod, toilet, sink, and vanity. The kitchen comes equipped with cabinets, a full size sink, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The living room comes with a sofa, a loveseat, and a TV stand (of sorts). The worst part about UCF in my opinion is the parking since the lot "next" to the building has few sports relative the the number of residents and is shared with the neighboring dorm building Walker Apartments. The best option is to get the lot 47 parking pass which is applicable to the lot next to UCF but is also applicable to the gated lot a short walk away located under Stophel Apartments. Overall, I've enjoyed my time living in this dorm and would recommend it."
