"Based on the given criteria, it seems that the experience of living in this apartment complex has been less than ideal. Dealing with fruit flies and mice can be both frustrating and unsanitary, and it is concerning that these issues were ongoing problems. The presence of multiple managers over a four-year period may indicate a lack of stability and consistency in management, which could contribute to problems such as pest infestations. The location of the apartment complex in a ghetto part of the city is also a cause for concern. Residents may not feel safe or comfortable in the area, which could negatively impact their overall experience. Additionally, the smell of marijuana throughout the halls could be bothersome for some individuals, particularly those who are sensitive to the scent. While cheap rent may be attractive to some, it appears that the poor quality of furniture is not worth the savings. The noise from neighbors can also be disruptive, which can be particularly frustrating for those who value peace and quiet. Overall, it seems that this apartment complex may not be the best option for individuals who are looking for a comfortable and hassle-free living experience. The issues with pests, management, location, and noise may outweigh any benefits of the cheap rent."

"Every dorm in this building is 2 rooms with 2 beds each, connected by a bathroom/shower. One of the newer/nicer buildings (in 2008)."

"I lived on the first floor (or ground floor) and the ceilings are huge. I believe only the first floor has tall ceilings tho. It really gave off a spacious feel to it. They upgraded the place last year with cooler floorboards and closet space (they just removed the doors but more space. Bed is super comfortable, even without toppers. A lot of people think that first floor sucks but it’s not! You have a long day? No need to wait for elevators or go up the stairs, just walk to your room. Moving in/out is also pretty easy too."
