Is Graham-Hewlett the best dorm at UNC Wilmington?

I lived in the Hewlett side of the building my freshman year and then was a desk receptionist there for three more years. It was comfortable and clean, but very basic. We pay colleges and universities a lot of money and should be demanding better as consumers/students.
