Is Mills Hall the best dorm at University of New Hampshire?

All the rooms are in a suite layout - with private bathroom, kitchen and Common area in each suite. There is also huge common areas every floor that's really good for concentrating on your studies especially if you don't want to walk to the library late at night. Almost all of the students residing in this dorm are upperclassmen.
