Is Texas A&M Maritime Academy Hall the best dorm at Texas A&M University - Galveston?

This dorm is mostly for members of the Texas A&M Maritime Academy, although there are some nonreg dorms towards the top of the building. There is a convenience store on the main floor, laundry, and a barbershop as well. Every dorm has its own bathroom, and there are typically two residents per dorm. Each dorm has a welcome area/sink, a bathroom + standing shower, and one shared bedroom. The ceilings are tall, but only have one lame light. The two beds are loftable, and each dorm comes with one desk and two dressers/side tables for each resident.
