Is Morse Hall the best dorm at Simmons University?

There are mice, the bathrooms were sometimes untidy. The building is old and there's no overhead lighting, AC, or elevator. There's three washing machines on the 2nd floor and three dryers which are being used frequently. First floor has a kitchen and lounge, second floor has a kitchen, lounge, and laundry room, third floor and no lounge, no kitchen, and fourth floor has a kitchen and lounge. The fourth floor is the Arts floor.
