Positive! Overall it’s a perfect amount of space and has good, quick access to bathrooms, the kitchen, and the laundry room. The biggest downside is that there is no A/C since it is so old and in the Summer/Fall it gets extremely hot but during the winter and spring it’s not bad. The showers are a little small though.
