Number 5
Mitchell Hall

"Building is super old, rooms kinda feel like they're gonna fall apart, communal bathrooms for singles really sucks, on the bright side the singles are huge compared even to thurston doubles and each room gets its own AC, just make sure to put up some posters and get a rug cus damn linoleum and these ancient walls are ugly as shit" - 1 year ago

Lafayette Hall

"Rooms are a little small but the location of the building makes it worth it. One major downside is that it gets REALLY hot in the winter. " - 2 years ago

Hensley Hall

"Hensely hall is a close community but being on the Mount Vernon campus makes it far away from everything. It also is one of the smallest dorms holding only 30 people. The basement is very fun " - 2 years ago

Somers Hall
based on 2 reviews
"Spacious rooms and a quiet atmosphere. These rooms would be the best on campus... if they were on the main campus. Living on the Vern, especially as someone who wants to go to a real gym, is painful. If you want to shower and change at home, have fun adding an hour of travel time to your day. Also, you'll hate vexes on the weekends. Sometimes they don't show up or only speed through without picking up anyone for no reason." - 1 year ago

Thurston Hall
based on 3 reviews
"Rooms are superrrrr small but new. Bathrooms are almost never clean and it is one of the few dorms at gw with communal bathrooms. lounge/study areas are convenient. nice to have the dining hall in the dorm but the dining hall also kinda sucks. As for location it is only good if all your classes are in elliot. " - 2 years ago
