Bowling Green State University Freshman Dorms Ranked
Ranking the best sophomore dorms at Bowling Green State University, according to students.
Number 3
McDonald Hall
based on 1 review
"This is located right next to Dunkin Donuts and the Oaks Dining Hall with a parking lot for weekends in the back. Floor 0 has almost no windows. Floor 1 bathrooms are the best ones but have very little community space for themselves as most of it is taken up by the ECCO Lounge. Floors 2-4 are basically identical but all offer multiple community areas on each floor (1 study lounge by the front elevators and 2 regular lounges per floor). This is one of the only halls with a laundry room on each floor unlike other dorms with just the one on the bottom floor. The biggest downside is that it doesn't have AC (heat only) and you can feel it at all times as Mac is always hot even during the winter. This is one of the best locations on campus in the middle of most academic buildings. If you want a cheap freshman housing option McDonald is the number one choice (most people know this so get you room asap)." - 4 years ago

Founders Hall

"Founders Hall is pretty decent to live in. The room space and the bathrooms are just fine and the suite common area is large. It’s close to Uptown Downtown and close enough to the main food places. Air conditioning is great. I personally had a kitchen set up in mine but it was very spacious." - 9 months ago

Falcon Heights
based on 1 review
"Mostly full of second years, this dorm is located in the middle of nowhere. There is a big parking lot in the back perfect for weekends but that is the closest thing to it. This is one of the new dorms on campus so all the rooms are nice. Speaking of rooms, most are quads with a living room, 2 bathrooms, and depending on the set up for bedrooms singles or doubles in disguise. There is no sense of community. Triples suck here as there are only 2 built-in closets and 1 tiny wardrobe for the last unfortunate member. The sinks are outside the bathroom instead of inside. Regardless, the rooms are very spacious for triples, just awkwardly set up. Good Luck!" - 4 years ago
