Chapman University Dorms Ranked

Car got broken into, sink was backed up for months and then it finally went all out and exploded everywhere with old musty water. 0 Social life here it’s essentially being a commuter student and the shuttles don’t run on a schedule they just come randomly so I constantly get lates in my classes so not live here. I was forced here because I live so close and they said I wither get panther village or nothing so it was really bad. - 2 years ago

Amenities are very average, the laundry room is convenient though. The higher up you are the better the view is (RIP first floor). - 2 years ago

The kitchen and living room are quite spacious. The closet space is very big too! I was quite impressed with the space! The building itself seems old but that wasn't an issue. The internal functions functioned very well and the toilet was great aha! The shower head is not the detachable or handheld type by the way. The one issue I had were the windows - they were not really made of glass and the way they closed didn't feel that secure - this is my personal opinion though. I liked how there was some greenery near the apartment and the apartment is very very close to campus - just a few minutes walk. - 2 weeks ago

pros: close to campus, nicer kitchen and living area especially with large window
cons: smaller bedrooms, no ovens, small walk towards parking lot, study rooms are always taken, - 2 years ago

Rooms are really spacious and there are bathrooms in the rooms which makes life a lot easier for everyone - 9 months ago
