Best University Of New Mexico Dorms

"I attended Univ. NM for one semester before dropping out, location being part of the reason. My dorm situation. wasn't all that terrible, I had a single room sharing a bathroom with two other double rooms. Location was the real issue. Not only did we have multiple campus wide shelter in places in my five-ish months but my dorm mates and I heard and saw gunshots outside our building multiple times. The campus is not only located on Central Ave (main avenue in ABQ) and a popular stop for crack addicts and drug dealers, but the campus is completely open. Inviting all those lovely guests into your courtyard, sometimes even crashing in your doorways or on your external staircases. But back to the dorms. Not great. pretty small, no heat or AC, mediocre food, my bathroom was fine (because of respectful suite-mates however all the other bathrooms were clearly not maintenanced or cleaned. "

"Best dorms in UNM, more spacious and have to her own private space. Things tend to get messy in your room but keep it to just your area! Shared with three other roomates have your own kitchen and bathroom."
