"The location of this hall to classes and town is wonderful, but that’s the only advantage. The building is in dire need of repair and the bathrooms are atrocious. They are covered in mold and cracks. The sinks and showers burn you when someone flushes a toilet above/below you, so get used to timing when to move your hands away. The rooms aren’t horrible, but the floor is very dirty and there are cracks and chips in the closet, drawers, and wall. The lounge, computer room, and hallways themselves are pretty alright. It may sound bad, but you’ll get used to it quick."

"Looking at the exterior you would expect that Scudder Hall isn’t the greatest residence hall, however when I first moved in my freshman year I was pleasantly surprised of how nice our room was. The walls, the floor, and the furniture all felt pretty modern. Regardless of being in a triple, the room was pretty spacious. There are huge closets that are built into the wall; from the floor to the ceiling. The location of Scudder is good, with only about a 7 minute walk to classes and the library, and about a 5 minute walk to the dining hall in the opposite direction. The only downsides about Scudder is that there is no air conditioning, and the bathrooms are outdated and they aren’t in the best shape."

"Amazing kitchen and bathrooms next to the rooms that lock. AC in every room with thermostat. Grocery store located on site. A little far from classes but it is worth it, it is like a hotel. Anyone who says this isnt the best dorm in NP is wrong."
