"Pros : Location, having a kitchen, nice big yard, and being in an individual house makes it easier to live in. Cons : termites appeared at one point, ants as well, ceiling fell apart due to water pipe, kitchen is pretty tiny and there is only one bathroom amongst 3 people. "
